1. About Us FROSTandFLAME is a UK-based artisan candle brand. Our products are hand-poured in the UK using natural soy wax and premium fragrance oils.

2. Products All of our candles are handmade in small batches. As a result, there may be slight natural variations in colour, texture, and scent throw between batches. These are not defects — they are characteristics of an artisan product.

3. Pricing All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Promotions and discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively.

4. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and are at least 18 years of age. We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

5. Shipping & Delivery We aim to dispatch orders within [X] business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. FROSTandFLAME is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Candle Safety By purchasing our products, you agree to follow all candle safety guidelines provided. FROSTandFLAME accepts no liability for damage, injury, or loss arising from improper use of our products. Always:

  • Keep candles within sight when burning
  • Keep away from children and pets
  • Never burn on or near flammable surfaces
  • Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time
  • Allow wax to cool completely before handling

8. Intellectual Property All content on this website — including product photography, copy, branding, and design — is the property of FROSTandFLAME and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, FROSTandFLAME shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
